Project Managers
Gary, a Marine veteran, got his start in construction helping his father when he was a teenager. After serving in the Marines, Gary returned to construction and built this company into what it is today through vision, hard work, determination, and more than 15 years of experience.
Dakota is an experienced craftsman who takes pride in what he does. He had been building houses and decks for over 15 years before joining Independence Construction. In addition to working for ICC, he also runs his own cattle farm.
Office Managers
Jordan is the man behind the camera and social media posts. He started working for Gary three years ago and has recently traded in his hammer and nails for a keyboard and camera.
Kellie is in charge of payroll and company relations.
Brandy keeps the books for ICC, makes sure things run smoothly behind the scenes, and keeps the spreadsheets organized
