Our Trustworthy Promise
I’ve been in construction long enough to know that trust is everything. When you’re inviting a crew into your home and investing your hard-earned money, you need to know exactly what you’re getting. That’s why I put everything we do in writing.
Communication & Transparency
We’ll meet on site every week so you know exactly what’s happening and what’s coming next. My project manager sends written updates so nothing gets lost in conversation, and you’ll have access to our app where we post daily photos and progress notes. You’ll have my cell number, and if you can’t reach me, you can always get through to someone who knows your job inside and out.
Site Standards & Respect
Your property will be treated like our own. At the end of every day, we clean up and secure the site so you can still use your home while we’re working on it. We’re guests in your space, and we’ll act like it.
Financial Protection
Your money goes into a trust account where it stays protected until each phase of work is complete. You’ll get itemized invoices that show exactly where every dollar goes, and I won’t spend a penny on changes without your written approval first. If we quote you a price, that’s what you’ll pay unless you decide to change something along the way.
Quality & Workmanship
Every person who steps on your site is licensed and qualified to do the work they’re doing. Before we hand you the keys, we’ll walk through our quality checklist together so you know everything meets our standards. If anything comes up in the first year that’s on us, we’ll come back and fix it at no charge.
After The Keys Have Been Turned over
We don’t stop caring when the job’s done. I’ll check back with you at one month and again at six months to make sure everything’s working the way it should and that your new space is everything you hoped it would be.
